Tough Times
Things have gotten progressively worrisome at work, but Reyna is an excellent e.d., and so issues are finally being given attention and solutions. Though things are getting bad in particular areas, I think it's a symptom of growing pains, not necessarily dysfunction. I don't know what else to say other than I'm working my ass off and so are most of my colleagues, and most of us are on the same page with each other. I've been gaining a lot of insight and wisdom through thumbing around in all my organizing books from Community Studies--the sections that cover staff morale, conflict resolution, and accountability--you know, stuff the CMMU didn't think was important enough to include in the curriculum.
